Role: Supreme decision-making body composed of all registered members.

Elect the Board of Directors/Executive Committee.

Approve strategic plans, policies, and budgets.

2. Board of Directors / Executive Committee

Composition: 7–9 members (Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee Heads).

Role: Provide governance, oversight, and policy direction.

Key Functions:

Approve organizational plans and budgets.

Supervise management performance.
-
Ensure compliance with laws and donor requirements.

3. Executive Director
-
Role: Chief executive responsible for implementing the Board’s policies and managing daily operations.

Reports to: Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

Oversee staff and programs.
-
Coordinate fundraising and partnerships.
-
Represent BUWODA at regional and national levels.
